Link a Kit form to a product

Finding your Form ID

The Form ID is the number in the URL when you open a form in Kit. For example, in

https://app.kit.com/forms/designers/9370873/edit

the Form ID is 9370873. Note: Kit's public share links (e.g. yourdomain.kit.com/xxxxxxxx) are not the same as the Form ID. Always use the number from the URL in your Kit dashboard.

Linking the form

1. Open the form you want to link in Kit and copy the Form ID from the URL.
2. In bookto, go to Products and click Edit on the product you want to link.
3. Scroll down to the Kit section.
4. Enter the Form ID.
5. Click Update product.

What data is sent to Kit?

After a successful payment, bookto checkout sends the following to Kit:

• first_name — the buyer's first name
• last_name — the buyer's last name
• email_address — the buyer's email address

Your Kit form does not need any additional fields for these three — Kit registers them automatically on the subscriber profile. Make sure your form is active and not archived.
