Kit is part of the Flow plan. On Essentials, the Kit card on the Integrations page is locked.
Why connect Kit?
bookto already sends an order confirmation and your custom post-purchase email automatically. Kit goes further — when a buyer pays, bookto adds them as a subscriber to a Kit form you choose per product. From there you can tag them, trigger automated email sequences, or add them to your newsletter.
How to connect
- Go to kit.com and log in.
- Click your profile picture in the top right and go to Settings.
- Go to Developer and find your API keys.
- Copy the secret API key (starting with ey) — not the public key.
- In bookto, go to Integrations and open the Kit card.
- Paste the key into the Kit secret API key field and save — you'll see a confirmation that a Kit key is saved.
