Onfact is part of the Flow plan. On Essentials, the Onfact card on the Integrations page is locked.
What is Onfact?
Onfact is a Belgian invoicing tool. It generates legally compliant invoices, handles VAT correctly for cross-border EU sales, and keeps your accounting in order.
Why bookto integrates with Onfact
Every sale needs an invoice — for your accountant, for your buyer's bookkeeping, and for the tax authority. Without Onfact you'd have to create each invoice manually after every order. With the integration, every paid bookto order automatically becomes an Onfact invoice, with the right VAT treatment based on the buyer's country and VAT status. The Onfact invoice number is written back to your bookto order so you can match them later.
How to connect
- In Onfact, go to Personal settings → API keys and create a new API key.
- Copy the API key and your Company UUID (shown on the same page).
- In bookto, go to Integrations and open the Onfact card.
- Paste the API key into the Onfact API key field.
- Paste the UUID into the Onfact Company UUID field.
- Save — you'll see a confirmation next to both fields.
