Manage product status

Each product has a status that controls whether the payment link works.

  • Active — the checkout link is live and accepting payments. New products are active by default.
  • Deactivated — the checkout link still exists but shows a "this product is no longer available" message. Useful for seasonal products, sold-out workshops, or pausing sales temporarily.
  • Deleted — the product is removed from your dashboard and the checkout link returns a 404. Deleting is permanent — past orders are kept for your records, but you can't restore the product itself.
Deactivating a product does not free up a product slot — only deleting does. See Create your first product for product limits per plan.

To change status, go to the product detail page and use the Status menu. Use deactivate when you might bring the product back. Use deleteonly when you're sure you'll never sell it again.
